Check Your Batch Numbers
Before starting your return, ensure all wallpaper rolls are unopened, in their original cellophane wrapping, and have matching batch numbers for a smooth processing experience.
Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address; from there, you can select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your wallpaper rolls in their original box or a sturdy equivalent to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the return form is included inside the package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
